Sorted Small Biz ("I", "me") is a small Australian business run by Todd Muscat as a sole trader. I respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as good practice, and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) for emails.
When you sign up for a free download (like the 50 AI Prompts Pack), I collect: - your first name - your email address
My website and email platform, systeme.io, may also record basic technical details such as the date you signed up, your IP address, and whether you open or click my emails.
I don't sell, rent or trade your details. I won't add you to anyone else's list.
Your name and email are stored in my systeme.io account. systeme.io is based overseas (in the EU), so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. I choose reputable tools and only give access to what's needed to run my email list.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll stop getting my emails straight away. You can also contact me and I'll remove you.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just get in touch and I'll sort it within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days).
My site may use cookies and similar tools (through systeme.io) to make pages and forms work and to understand basic site visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
